What does corporateFilm produce?
corporateFilm produces B2B video productions, livestreams, hybrid events, interview formats and event recordings for companies, agencies and medical or pharmaceutical event contexts.
Can corporateFilm support hybrid medical events?
Yes. corporateFilm can support hybrid events such as symposia, advisory boards, CME trainings, congress sessions and expert interviews with camera, audio, livestreaming, presentation integration and recording.
Can remote speakers be integrated?
Remote speakers can be integrated depending on the platform and technical setup. Typical setups include video conferencing systems, presentation routing, audio checks and backup planning where agreed.
Can one production be adapted into several formats?
Yes. Final videos can be adapted into different formats such as 16:9, 9:16, short clips, recaps, social media edits, subtitles or separate talk exports, if included in the offer or commissioned separately.
How long is raw footage stored?
Raw footage is not part of regular delivery. As a general practice, extensive camera and audio raw material is usually intended to be retained for up to 12 months, without guaranteeing permanent availability unless expressly agreed.
Where are project files stored?
Large raw footage is usually stored locally. Project exchange files, previews, graphics, presentations or final exports may also be transferred or stored via external cloud and file-sharing services.
Are AI tools used?
AI tools may be used supportively for research, transcription, subtitling, translation, concept work or image, audio and video processing. Sensitive medical or pharmaceutical content is handled project-specifically and, where necessary, coordinated with the client.
Are the terms available in English?
Yes. English versions of the legal notice, privacy policy and terms are provided for convenience. The German versions remain legally authoritative in case of discrepancies.
